Coverage for your purchase
Our warranty periods are 5 years for cabinetry and 15 years for engineered and sintered stone. Ask for the written terms for your product, including when cover begins, what is covered and any conditions. For natural stone or other products, please confirm the applicable cover with our team.

Installation, handling and care
Follow the product-specific handling, installation and maintenance instructions. Before use, check suitable cleaning products, heat protection, sealing requirements and outdoor suitability. Ask how damage from incorrect installation, misuse, impact or unauthorised alterations is treated under your written warranty. Fabrication and installation workmanship may have separate terms.

What to include with a claim
Contact us with your invoice or proof of purchase, product name or SKU, installation date, photographs and a description of the concern. Include the batch number if available. Our team will advise what assessment is needed and the next steps. Speak with us before arranging repairs or modifying the affected area.

Your consumer rights
This warranty is additional to any rights and remedies available under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies. It does not limit those rights.
